About this model
ESM3 reasons over all three protein modalities simultaneously and can generate any of them conditioned on the others. Prompt it with a function and a partial structure, and it fills in a sequence — a genuinely different interaction model from the fold-then-design pipeline.
Standardized I/O contract
Every model in the Hub speaks the same contract, which is what lets the Router and the agent call any of them without special-casing.
